1. How to choose how many holes of connectors to use
Every connector, regardless of the number of holes, is internally conductive! Therefore, we need to connect several wires together
Just use connectors with a few holes. For example, a 5-hole connector can connect 5 wires, and if wires need to be connected
There are only four, so leaving one hole empty is enough.
Due to the fully conductive nature of each connector, it is not possible to insert live, neutral, and ground wires into the same connector
Otherwise, it will cause a short circuit. Therefore, in any case, one live wire must be used, one neutral wire must be used, and one ground wire must be used!
2. Can wires of different thicknesses be connected to the same connector
The springs in each hole of the connector are independent, therefore, wires with different cross-sectional areas only
It should be safe and reliable to use within the wiring range of the connector! For example, 221-415, applicable wires
For a 0.14-4mm ² soft and hard wire, when a hole is connected to a 0.14mm ² soft wire, then a 4-plat hard wire is inserted
Insert the wire into any other hole, and you can also insert another 2.5mm ² hard wire into another hole
The remaining holes are empty and can be used for backup wiring, which is safe and reliable!
3. Why are the incoming directions of connectors all on the same side
Due to the fact that in practical applications, the wires to be connected in the junction box need to be pulled out of the junction box and connected externally
Therefore, both incoming and outgoing lines will be in the same direction, so the connector's incoming line design should be in one direction
Can be used more conveniently. (In some individual cases where junction boxes are not used, it is a different matter)
